This strap is hand crafted from Horween Derby leather. Derby is a vegetable tanned full grain leather that is heavily stuffed with waxes and fats. These fats and waxes keep the leather supple, as well as resistant to the elements. To further soften it, this leather is tumbled as well. Finally, being a full grain leather, it shows the natural variations in the leather.

Minerva Lisco is a great Italian veg-tan. This leather is drier than those hot-stuffed with fats and waxes, so it scratches more easily to quickly build visual depth as your strap breaks in and acquires patina. Tanned with extracts of bark and liquored with animal fats inside wooden barrels, this strap will age gracefully as it darkens in tonality and shapes around your wrist.
